For UK event suppliers

You quote for free, all day long.
Half of it never happens.
We've been there too.
Put your shop in The Ballpark
and let the right jobs find you.

List what you actually build, with your own ballpark price. Producers cost their event from your numbers - so every enquiry that lands is already briefed, budgeted and serious.

How it works for suppliers

From shopfront to paid, in six steps

You keep your prices, your scope and your standards. Ballpark handles the briefing, the paperwork and the money.

  1. 01

01 - Create an account and set up shop

Tell us who you are, what you do and where you cover. We check you over, approve you, and your shopfront is live - no listing fee, no subscription.

  2. 02

02 - Outline your offerings and ballpark costs

Add each thing you make or hire: photos, specs, lead times, what is included and what is not. Set one clear ballpark figure per listing, clearly marked as indicative, so producers get a straight number and you are never held to it.

  3. 03

03 - Publish to the marketplace

Your listings go into the marketplace and into the AI. When a producer uploads a brief that fits what you do, your work is costed into their estimate automatically.

  4. 04

04 - A lead comes in and you firm up the cost

Enquiries arrive with the brief, dates, venue, access and quantities already filled in. Revise the price with a reason - travel, crew, out of area - and everything is versioned.

  5. 05

    05 - Sign a statement of work

Once costs are agreed, Ballpark generates a scope with dependencies, exclusions and change control. Both sides sign. No more 'but we assumed that was included'.

  6. 06

06 - You get paid 50% up front

The deposit lands before you touch the workshop, and the balance is released the day after delivery. Extras added mid-project are approved and paid through the same workspace.

Your shopfront

A shop window for everything you make

Each listing is a product on your shelf - your photo, your inclusions, your ballpark price. You fill it in once and it works on every brief that comes through.
